Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Piporex (the “Service”), operated by [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or installing the Piporex WordPress plugin you agree to them.

1. The Service

Piporex is a customer relationship management service that connects to your WordPress site and stores contacts, bookings, deals and email activity in our cloud. The WordPress plugin is open source and licensed separately under the GPL; these terms cover the hosted service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping your credentials safe and for the data you import. You must have the right to process the personal data you bring into the Service and to send email to the contacts you add.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited email, to store unlawful content, to attack or overload the Service, or to resell it without our written agreement. We may pause email sending for a workspace whose bounce or complaint rates endanger delivery for other customers, and will tell you when we do.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle. Plan limits are described on the pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your workspace settings; changes apply to the next billing period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled as described in our refund policy.

5. Your data

You own your data. You can export it at any time, and you can delete your workspace, after which we remove your data from our systems within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep it. Our privacy policy explains what we process and where.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Status updates are published at status.piporex.com. Support is provided by email at support@piporex.com.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the product at least 14 days in advance. Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you keep access to export your data for 30 days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country of incorporation]. Disputes are resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
